Within Australia we charge a flat rate of $7.50, unless it is stated in the order description that we need to charge any extra for heavy or large items. By clicking the 'View Delivery Price' link on those product's description page, you can see the freight charge for these items.
Although Australia Post is an efficient service, mishaps do occasionally happen. Kinderlove does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items once they have left our office. Therefore we recommend you consider registered post or insurance.
Generally delivery will take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered to you. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We will always do our absolute best to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays may occur as a result of our carriers for which we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Kinderlove will not be liable for any delays incurred.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure all our toys are in stock, this is not always possible due to the handcrafted nature of many of our toys. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back-order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in-stock will be dispatched to you, and the back-ordered item shipped once we have received it, at our own expense.
Please note: We will not back-order on reduced to clear items.
RETURNS POLICY
Change of Mind
We have carefully selected these products however if a purchase is not what you expected Kinderlove will be happy to exchange or provide a refund (less postage costs) for 'Change of Mind' returns. The toys ordered must be returned in original condition (un-used and with no damage to the product or packaging) within 7 days of receipt. This offer excludes reduced to clear items.
In order for Kinderlove to accept the return, a returns authorisation number MUST accompany it. Please Contact Us to obtain this number, prior to returning the item.
Please allow 5 working days (following the receipt of returned goods) for your return request to be processed. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.
Faulty Goods
When products leave Kinderlove they are carefully checked to ensure that they are not faulty. Nethertheless if you believe that an item you have purchased through us is faulty, you need to Contact Us immediately. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Kinderlove will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Shipping costs will not be included in refund. |
